Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Èka Creative Studios. By booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made through our online booking system
- A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
- Full payment must be made before the session
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit
2. Studio Usage
- Maximum capacity must be adhered to (5 persons except for events)
- No outdoor footwear allowed in the studio
- The studio must be left in its original condition
- Any damage to equipment or property will be charged accordingly
3. Equipment Rental
- All rented equipment must be handled with care
- Any damage or loss will be charged at replacement cost
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received
- Technical issues must be reported immediately
4. Time Management
- Sessions must start and end at the booked times
- Overtime will be charged at an additional rate
- Early access to the studio is not permitted
- Pack-up time must be included in your booking duration
5. Caution Fee
- A refundable caution fee is required for all bookings
- The fee will be returned within 24 hours after the session
- Deductions may be made for damages or policy violations
- Cleaning fees may be deducted if necessary
6. Prohibited Activities
- No smoking or alcohol consumption on premises
- No unauthorized equipment modifications
- No subletting of studio space
- No adult content production
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time.
